Full Design Service
- Digital Topographical Land Surveys - Digital site surveys undertaken to include full site surveys or small regions of sites to confirm boundary positions
- Measured Building Surveys - Measured surveys of existing buildings to prepare a full set of CAD drawings of existing floor plans, sections and elevations
- Feasibility Studies - Feasibility studies on new development sites or increase in value and expenditure on development of existing building
- Planning Applications and Appeals - Liaising with the Local Authority before, during and after the application process to issue of decision notice. Preparation and issue of appeals on behalf of clients. All residential and commercial applications considered.
- Building Regulation Applications - Preparation of full building regulation drawings for residential and commercial buildings including liaison with other consultants and negotiating with the Local Authority or approved inspector throughout the course of the project.
- Full Working Drawings - Additional detailed drawings can be produced to include all working drawings including kitchen and bathroom designs for all areas of work
